The spa and wellness area atthe Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay extend the hotel experience in a soothing and refined atmosphere.

From the moment you enter, the space reveals a cozy, plant-inspired world, enhanced by a signature scent with floral and herbal notes. The spa offers a selection of facial and body treatments designed in collaboration with Paris Society, in partnership with Tata Harper.
In addition to this menu of treatments, a customizable sound experience allows each guest to choose the ambiance that will accompany their moment of relaxation.
Throughout the year, the estate also hosts workshops and events dedicated to well-being, led by wellness experts, to extend this moment of serenity.

Opening hours :

Spa open 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Pool open 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The pool is available to hotel guests subject to availability. Sun loungers cannot be reserved in advance.
The spa’s wellness facilities are exclusively available in conjunction with your treatment. Advance reservations are required to ensure we can accommodate you under the best possible conditions.
Pets are not allowed in the wellness area, spa, or pool.

Wellness Retreat: Basic Detox / Advanced Detox

The Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay x Shenkosha Wellness Retreat runs for 4 days and 3 nights for the Fundamental Detox program or 6 days and 5 nights for the Advanced Detox program, from Sunday, April 26 to Friday, May 1, 2026.

The program is structured around three main themes:
Longevity & Vitality: Supporting overall energy, optimizing recovery, and strengthening the foundations of lasting vitality.
Clarity & Decision-Making: Lighten the mental load, calm the nervous system, and promote better decision-making and personal alignment.
Metabolic Balance: Support internal systems, aid digestion, and promote a gentle overall rebalancing.
