By car

The Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay is easily accessible by road. There are three options from Paris.

From Paris: Porte de Saint-Cloud, take the A13 motorway towards Rouen, continue on
the A12 motorway, then follow the N10 towards Rambouillet until the first exit, Le Perray-en-Yvelines.
Head towards the village of Auffargis, then follow the signs for Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay.
The main entrance to the estate will be on your left (^3rd entrance gate).

PLEASE NOTE: major roadworks will be taking place until December 17, 2025 on various roads in the Cernay Valley. It will not be possible to reach the Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay from Cernay-la-Ville. It is preferable to use the above option from Auffargis.

Possible access options from December 18, 2025:

From Paris: Pont de Sèvres, take the A10 motorway towards Chartres/Orléans.
Take the Saclay/Gif exit, then follow these directions: Gif-sur-Yvette, then Chevreuse, then Cernay-la-Ville, then follow the signs for Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay. The entrance to the estate will be on your right.

From Paris: Porte d'Orléans, take the A6 motorway, then the A10. Take the Les Ulis exit and follow the signs for Chartres
, then Gometz-la-ville. Continue towards Les Molières/Cernay-la-ville, then follow the signs for
Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay. The entrance to the estate will be on your right.

We have a private car park equipped with electric charging stations suitable for all vehicles.
Don't forget to move your vehicle as soon as it is charged to make room for the next one...
